6.7 kW Solar System at Mahila Feeder Girls Hostel, Simikot, Humla

We are thrilled to announce the successful installation of a 6.7 kW solar system at the Mahila Feeder Girls Hostel in Simikot, Humla collaborating with Bighnaharta Nepaland Grid Alternatives.Home to 25 girls from across the district, the hostel previously had no access to the national electric grid. This solar installation has completely transformed the hostel, allowing the girls to study in the evening, heat water during harsh winters without using firewood, power computers, and charge their phones.
